Wedding Photography Tips

Photography can be defined as a process of recording light. The quality of a photo depends on our care in selecting a good light.

In wedding photography, among the main factors that play a role in determining a successful assignment is the ability to get creative pictures, apart from the rest, and in accordance with the personality of the bridal pair.

Many processes that occur behind the scenes in producing a work that can attract the bride and the public feeling.

What I want to share here is one of the branches in the field of wedding photography, a how to get good pictures compatible with the surrounding atmosphere and personality of the bride. For I am involved in this field, I try to follow these steps to renew, to differentiate, and expression matching bride and groom with their surroundings. This is important because every bride is different, and how we disclose their expression in the picture also requires different techniques.

Studying other photographer's work
  • Do not limited our selection to only see results that our photographer working interest in it, but try to find a photographer who has a different style to us to make comparisons or to see if their style according to the bride that we took the picture.
  • Look at the corner of their composition, whether they have a style that you have never seen all this?
  • Try to work with the photographer, the other photographer your results, whether the elements can be included.

Communicating with the newlyweds
  • Meet them and know them more closely if the opportunity. This is important to know their personalities, so you can be ready with the concept that you create for them.
  • Usually shy Bride does not like the action on the 'happy' as jumping or running, while the cheerful bride will feel bored if you are talking or not pro-active in directing your way.

Try different angles
  • This is useful if you have two or more different types of lens space. For example, in an action of the bride standing in the middle of the field, the use of wide-angle lens will affect the surrounding environment, while a 200mm lens, you can focus only on their facial expressions alone. This can save time and diversify choice when making the album soon.
  •  Take pictures from 3 different angles can also get different and interesting results. For example, the bride I was sitting, if taken in terms of ground level, above eye level and the level of the head can have a different impact, even if the position remains the same bride.

Survey of the prior location
  • This can be quite difficult to do if the ceremony is outside the country that we live, but if there is a chance, go visit the first location where we will take the outdoor session with the bride.
  • This is important because you can pre-visualize what you want to be in place with the bride, and also be able to take tips on the movement of the sun, and what can be done if the rain on that day.
  • This can save time and use time in the session is very efficient because no wasted time to think and develop ideas.

If the above matters can be inculcated in the minds of every time we want to go out taking pictures, God willing we can produce a quality a quality of work and in accordance with the requirements of the bride, because ultimately they are our customers and with you, they are entitled to feel satisfied with what they paid for and expect a product that meets their tastes.
